Frozen Hoagies Closes Somerville Location
The ice cream sandwich shop opened in 2014 as an extension of the popular Frozen Hoagies food truck.
SOMERVILLE, MA — An ice cream sandwich shop and offshoot of a popular food truck in Somerville has shut down. Frozen Hoagies recently closed its Broadway location, Boston Restaurant Talk first reported, and the store is listed as permanently closed on the business's website.
The shop opened in 2014 as an extension of the Frozen Hoagies food truck. The business served ice cream sandwiches made from Rancatore's ice cream and homemade cookies.
The Frozen Hoagies location on Main Street in Winchester remains open. Its Somerville shop was located at 864 Broadway.
