Legoland Discovery Center Boston To Reopen With COVID-19 Rules

Families will be able to reserve 90-minute playtime sessions to allow for social distancing and stringent cleaning.

SOMERVILLE, MA — Legoland Discovery Center Boston will reopen Thursday, Oct. 1 with new health and safety precautions.

Families will be able to reserve 90-minute playtime sessions to allow for social distancing and stringent cleaning. Each family will be given their own Lego bricks, which will be sanitized between play times.

Play times can be scheduled Thursday through Monday at 10: a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Activities like build and test, themed rides and the mini-land tour will be open, but Legoland is keeping the 4D theater, character meet and greet, soft play areas, factory tour, cafe and photo experiences closed.

The center's website says families should "arrive at the start of the playtime to maximize your fun!"
