SOMERVILLE, MA -Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the grand jury indictments from Feb. 18 to March 17.
The indictments were categorized by the locations in which the events occurred. Lowell had the highest number of indictments with 15 during that time span.

Two Somerville-based incidents and one incident allegedly involving a Somerville man were listed and that information can be found below:
Nelito Oliveria, 29, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, subsequent offense, and violating the drug laws near a school zone or park. The Assistant District Attorney is Kevin Collins.

John Truglia, 39, of Braintree, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60, larceny from a building, being a habitual criminal (2 counts), and being a common and notorious thief. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Stephen Callinan, 59, of Somerville, was charged with larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60 and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro. This incident is listed as having occurred in Medford.
