Oscar Greene, 100, Honored by Somerville Aldermen

VNA Resident, Oscar Greene, Receives a Plaque in Honor of His Extraordinary Life & 100th Birthday!

We are so honored to have Oscar Greene with us as a resident at the VNA's Lowell St. community! Oscar has recently celebrated his 100th birthday and was given a plaque by our Alderman Mark Niedergang, representing all the Somerville Aldermen, to commemmorate this amazing milestone!
Oscar is much-loved and very vibrant. He's lived an incredible and diverse life; he is a Korean War veteran. He is a writer who has published several books and he wrote for Guide Post magazine for years. He and his wife were long-time Medford residents and he was devoted to her. What a wonderful guy, we are blessed to know him!
