Somerville Chocolatiers' Valentine's Pop-Up Opens Shop in Cambridge
EHChocolatier's #ClustersofLove shop will be in Kendall Square Feb. 1-17.

CAMBRIDGE, MA – Somerville-based EHChocolatier is offering its first-ever chocolate shop pop-up shop in Cambridge, just in time for Valentine's Day.
The #ClustersofLove shop, from Catharine Sweeney and Elaine Hsieh, will open at 1 Broadway in Kendall Square from Feb. 1-17, offering award-winning bonbons and chocolate-y confections.
The chocolatiers' dream is opening a retail shop, co-founder Hsieh said in a press release.

According to the release, the shop's menu will include EHChocolatier’s Valentine’s Day collection, handmade bonbons, and confections including Pecan Clusters, fresh pecans roasted in maple syrup and a touch of sea salt surrounded by soft Knob Creek Bourbon caramel and cover in 70% dark chocolate and a sprinkle of fleur de sel.
The pecan clusters embody the level of detail and interest they put into their products, said fellow co-founder Sweeney in the release.

"We make what we want to eat," she said.
The Valentine’s Day collection also featured at the February pop-up shop includes Bee Mine Hearts, red splashed dark chocolate hearts filled with a golden light caramel created from raw organic honey sourced from the tropical forests near the coast of Oaxaca, Mexico, the release said.
Hours of operation at the EHChocolatier pop-up are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. A "special last-minute Valentine’s Day shopping event" is scheduled for Feb. 11, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to the release.
After the pop-up shop sunsets at Kendall Square, EHChocolatier will still be selling products online and from their kitchen in Somerville.
