Somerville Residents Indicted on Armed Assault, Drug Charges

Four Somerville residents are facing armed assault charges, while a fifth resident is facing multiple drug charges.

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced recent indictments from towns and cities across the area Tuesday, including Somerville.

Four Somerville residents are facing armed assault charges, while a fifth resident is facing multiple drug charges.

The individuals are charged with the following offenses:

Kyle Evans, 29, of Somerville, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Hogan.

Jason Andrade, 28, of Somerville, was charged with possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, possession of a Class B substance, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, subsequent offense, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Sergio Aparicio-Jimenez, 21, of Somerville, was charged with assault and battery and armed assault with intent to commit robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.

Justin Myrick, 18, of Somerville, was charged as a youthful offender with armed assault with intent to commit robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.

Erin Russell, 30, of Somerville, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault and battery, and armed assault with intent to commit robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.
