Somerville Seeking Affordable Housing Representative
Tenants whose households are eligible for federal or state housing programs and have incomes below a certain bracket are invited to apply.

SOMERVILLE, MA - Somerville tenants whose households are eligible for federal or state housing programs are invited to apply for a position as the city's next affordable housing representative.
Applications are due Monday, June 6.
The Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund representative will have an official say regarding city affordable housing programs that benefit persons with low-to-moderate incomes.
Eligible tenants will have a gross household income below $51,150 for one person, $58,450 for two people, or $65,750 for three people.
The Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund was created by city ordinance in 1989 and "creates and preserves affordable housing by administering grants and loans," according to the city.
Interested candidates must submit a written statement of interest and resume to Kelly Donato at kdonato@somervillema.gov. Applicants can also drop off or mail their statements and resumes to the City of Somerville Housing Division, 50 Evergreen Ave., Somerville, MA 02145, attention Kelly Donato.
