Somerville vs. Beverly: MIAA Playoffs

SOMERVILLE, MA – Somerville football heads to Beverly Saturday at 1 p.m. for the first round of the MIAA playoffs.

The 4-3 Highlanders, seeded fifth in the North Division 2, enter the playoffs with a 14.00 power rating. The 5-2 Panthers, seeded fourth, hold a 16.29 power rating. Somerville is one of three teams entering the tournament a game above .500, alongside Waltham and Concord-Carlisle.
