Somerville, MA - A 17-year-old, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was charged as a youthful offender (4 counts) with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery by discharging a firearm, and possession of a firearm without a license.
