Learn more about the newly trained Somerville youth who are making strides in local journalism!
Here at SCATV seven aspiring journalists spent a week creating their own news show. They took on the tough issues like displacement, development and the lack of open space, bringing their unique perspective to the stories.
Somerville Neighborhood News is a production of Somerville Community Access Television, made by professional journalists, volunteers and staff. The half-hour news show has as its mission to provide a lively, informative newscast focusing on the events, issues and information impacting Somerville residents.
