UPDATED: 84-Year-Old Man Dies after Rice Road Crash
Rice Road was shut down Friday morning after a motor vehicle accident.
WAYLAND, MA -A, 84-year-old Wayland man was airlifted to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston with serious injuries after crashing his car into a tree on Rice Road Friday morning, police said.
The driver later passed away from his injuries, according to Wicked Local.
The driver was heading northbound at about 10 a.m. and appeared to have lost control of the vehicle, police said.
