The Wayland store was announced in January, with plans to take over the former Panera Bread, 21 Andrew Ave., at the Wayland Town Center by late spring. The pandemic delayed those plans, although the company had been targeting an opening before the end of 2020.

The Bagel Table did open a location in downtown Natick in late 2020. The chain also has locations in Ashland, Boston Landing in Brighton and Chestnut Hill.
