Ex-Employee of Wayland Business Embezzled $111K: Police

David Rodriguez, of Southborough, was taken to Framingham District Court for arraignment.

WAYLAND, MA -A man is accused of embezzling at least $111,000 from a local Wayland business, police said.

The business reported on April 14 that ex-employee David Rodriguez, of Southborough, had embezzled the money, police said.

Detective Sergeant Jamie Berger conducted an interview and obtained a warrant for Rodriguez's bank records, police said.

After the investigation Rodriguez was charged with Larceny over $250 by embezzlement and transported to Framingham District Court for arraignment, police said.
