Giacomo's Ristorante Opening Fourth Location, In Wayland

WAYLAND, MA—One of Boston's most popular North End restaurants is opening up in Wayland.

Summit Realty Partners has signed a lease to open up Giacomo's Ristorante in Wayland's Town Center, the company announced last week.

It will be the fourth location for Giacomo's, which is located in the South End, North End and Melrose. The eatery is known for being family friendly and serving classic Italian-American food and seafood dishes.

Giacomo’s has leased the 3,259 square foot former Bertucci’s Restaurant space, located at 14 Elissa Ave. It'll likely open before the end of 2018. Giacomo’s in Wayland will be the first Giacomo’s to offer pizza and will feature a full-service bar serving cocktails, beer and an extensive wine list.

Wayland Town Center is a 175,000 square-foot grocery anchored, mixed-use development catering to the residential communities of Wayland, Weston, Sudbury and others. Notable tenants include Stop & Shop Supermarket, Boston Sports Clubs, The Local Restaurant, Takara Japanese Restaurant, Panera Bread, Jos A. Bank, Elements Massage and Verizon Wireless.
