Concord Police responded to a report of a Chevy pickup all over the road on Main Street by Harrington Avenue in West Concord. Police spoke with the driver, who had pulled into the Stop & Shop over the Acton line, and he reported spilling coffee on his lap while driving: http://patch.com/A-4c8C

Attack by...Pruning Shears?

Newton Police responded to a call from Newton-Wellesley Hospital and arrested a Waltham man for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon: pruning shears: http://patch.com/A-3YGs

 

Calling AAA...Under the Influence

A Wellesley man was arrested after he allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol and attempted to call AAA after losing a wheel on his vehicle.

Skateboard Crossing

A person came into the Wayland Police Department this week to report that kids skateboarding at Stop & Shop were coming close to people as they exited the store -- so close that the skateboarders were almost knocking people down.
