One Person Rescued After 3-Car Crash In Wayland

One person had to be rescued out of their car by fire crews and taken to the hospital.

WAYLAND, MA — A three-car crash in Wayland sent one person to the hospital on Monday morning. The crash happened at Cochituate and Woodbridge Streets. Wayland police and fire crews were on the scene.

The left side of one of the cars involved in the crash was smashed in and fire officials said someone in the car was trapped inside. They had to rescue the person from the mangled car — the person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash is unknown, the crash is under investigation.
