Police Log: Multiple Arrests, Dancing Woman, Stolen Bicycle

The following information was supplied by the Wayland Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

Below is a summary of notable police events for the dates listed.

July 30:
- 9:28 a.m.; 38 W. Plain St. - Caller reported a young female dancing on a vehicle and lifting her shirt.

July 29:
- 10:18 p.m.; 70 Commonwealth Road - Arrest of Carlos H. Flores, 20, of 4 Hamilton St. in Framingham. After closing hours, an officer noticed a car parked in the state park and approached the vehicle. The officer spotted less than 1 ounce of marijuana in plain view inside the vehicle. Further investigation revealed an active warrant for Flores out of Framingham District Court. He was arrested on the warrant and received a civil fine for the marijuana possession.

July 28:
- 10:44 p.m.; 15 Mellen Lane - Caller reported being scammed out of $25,000.

July 25:
- 9:57 a.m.; 45 Dean Road - Caller reported his mailbox, lamp post and several potted plants were uprooted.

July 24:
- 11:42 p.m.; 27 Parkland Drive - Arrest of Giovanni Gonzalez, 17, of 655 Boston Post Road in Sudbury. According to a press release, officers were working on an investigation and were advised of a male with possible warrants. Officers identified Gonzalez and took him into custody on four outstanding warrants: 
- 9:12 p.m.; 130 Boston Post Road - Arrest of Jose Camargo-Perez, 48, or 205 Adams St. in Waltham, following a motor vehicle stop. According to a press release, an officer observed a vehicle fail to stay within the marked lanes and conducted a traffic stop. Camargo-Perez was subsequently arrested and charged with unlicensed operation, operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation.
- 8:15 p.m.; 8 Rowan Field - Report of a bicycle stolen from a front yard.
- 12:45 a.m.; 62 W. Plain St. - Report of a man peeking in a window.
