WAYLAND, MA — A water main replacement project along Route 20 in Wayland will continue to cause traffic disruptions through spring, according to the town. Drivers heading westbound toward Sudbury will be detoured around the construction zone along Route 27.

From 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday to Thursday, westbound traffic will use Route 27 and River Road to get around the construction work, which is taking place just west of Andrew Avenue.

There will be a road-closed sign at the west end of the project area near Andrew Avenue, and a "local traffic only" sign near the Stop and Shop, according to the Department of Public Works.
