Walks 'So Beautiful' at Upper Mill Brook, They Will Continue

Transition Wayland said they will offer the weekly walks on a regular basis.

The walks have been “so beautiful we’ve decided to keep offering them on a regular basis,” said Transition Wayland on its website.

These walks take place on Wednesdays, up next on April 1, April 15, May 6 and May 20, all at 7 p.m. at the Upper Mill Brook Conservation Area. They will continue to be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

“The idea of regular walks at the same place to watch the changing seasons is an appealing idea,” said the group on its page. “Later in the spring we hope to add additional walks at other locations.”

The group urges participants to bring a story or a poem to share, but no pressure.
