Wayland Church's Fundraising With Your Junk Electronics

St. Ann Church is hosting a bulk metal and electronics recycling event this weekend.

WAYLAND, MA — A Wayland church will host a recycling fundraiser this weekend, turning your old electronics into donations for the parish.

St. Ann's will accept a range of items to be recycled, from old TVs and space heaters to bikes and batteries. The church will accept donations based on the size of the item — $10 for small stuff, $15 for medium and $20 and up for larger items. Donations for recycling TVs are a bit higher at $30 and up.

All proceeds from the event will go back to the parish. The event will run 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church's parking lot, 134 Cochituate Road.
