Wayland Firefighters Respond To Fire In Garage
The fire broke out early Tuesday morning in a north Wayland neighborhood.
WAYLAND, MA — Wayland firefighters responded to a fire in the garage of a home in the north end of town early Tuesday morning, the department reported.
The fire broke out around 2 a.m. Tuesday along Oxbow Road north of Sherman's Bridge Road. Firefighters arrived to find the garage engulfed in flames.
Wayland firefighters, with help from Weston and Sudbury, were able to put the fire out within about 20 minutes, the department reported. Firefighters from Natick and Framingham also helped by providing coverage to other parts of Wayland during the fire.
