WAYLAND, MA —Wayland High School earned a top spot on Boston Magazine's 2020 list of the best high schools in the Boston area.

The school was ranked No. 8 out of 149 public schools generally inside I-495, earning high marks for things like a low student-teacher ratio, high test scores and a high graduation rate. Nearby Acton-Boxborough, Lincoln-Sudbury and Littleton took the top three spots.
