Wayland Loses Heartbreaker In District Football Finals
Wayland made it through to the district final game, but lost to the Fishermen.

WAYLAND, MA—The Warriors lost the district battle to Gloucester in the District 4 North MIAA championships.
The Fishermen beat Wayland 36-6 on Friday on Gloucester's home turf.

The Warriors went into the tournament seeded fifth with a 5-2 record and Gloucester was seeded second with a 6-1 record.
