Wayland Ranked In Top 10 Places To Live In MA
The website Niche.com released its list of the top places to live in Massachusetts recently.
WAYLAND, MA — A website that regularly ranks the top places to live in the U.S. has named Wayland the No. 9 best community in the state in 2021, and the only one west of I-95 to make the top 10.
Overall, Niche gave Wayland a grade of A+ based on factors like homeownership rates, the school district and other amenities. The town got lower marks for nightlife and diversity.
"Living in Wayland offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Wayland there are a lot of coffee shops and parks. Many retirees live in Wayland and residents tend to be liberal. The public schools in Wayland are highly rated," the website said.

Niche also released rankings for the top places overall in the U.S. The Chesterbrook area near Philadelphia took the No. 1 spot overall, and Brookline was ranked No. 24 nationally.
