Wayland Swimmer Named Herald All-Scholastic

This high school student made it onto the Boston Herald's annual All-Scholastic list for winter sports.

WAYLAND, MA—The Boston Herald named its annual Dream Team and All-Scholastics for 2018, the tops in Massachusetts high schools from winter sports programs.

Sean Devlin from Wayland High School was named 2018 Boston Herald All-Scholastic in swimming.

From the Herald: "The Georgetown-bound senior capped off an impressive career in style by claiming two more Div. 2 state individual titles. Devlin was first in the 50-yard freestyle and the 100 butterfly. He was named a Dual County League All-Star and Eastern Mass. Coaches Association Swimmer of the Year. He is an eight-time individual state champ. Devlin was also a standout football player who will play in the Shriners Game."
