Wayland Town Meeting Results: Mainstone Farm Passes, Community Center Funds Fail

Wayland had a relatively short town meeting this year. Here's how the town voted.

WAYLAND, MA - The Wayland town meeting concluded Monday without the need for further sessions.

The $15 million conservation restriction for Mainstone Farm passed with very little discussion and voters approved funds to restore monuments at North Cemetery.

The town budget was approved during the town meeting's first session.

Wayland voters were not in favor of design funds for the proposed community center at Wayland Town Center.

There were two articles asking that town meetings be held later in the spring and have stricter time restraints but both of those proposals were shot down.
