Police Nab 2 Serial Garage Intruders In Grosse Pointe
The two Detroit men were wanted for several reported breaking and enterings happening in Grosse Pointe garages last week.

GROSSE POINTE, MI — Grosse Pointe Police have arrested two men they say were behind a spree of breaking-and-entering reports that happened across the neighborhood last week. Marshawn Rouse, 23, and Parez Rouse, 27, were arrested as police investigated an invasion report around 4:30 a.m. April 4 that took place in the 1300 block of Maryland. Police say the men were breaking into people’s garages.
Grosse Pointe Police also nabbed two drunk drivers in the city this week: a 36-year-old Redford resident reportedly speeding through the area around 1 p.m. April 6 and a 52-year-old Sterling Heights man reportedly driving erratically along West Jefferson at 10:30 p.m. April 8.
A resident in the 1300 block of Bedford reported that a checkbook and change was stolen from a 2008 Chrysler overnight on April 5.

A resident in the 600 block of Middlesex reported their landscaping bricks stolen sometime between March 31 and April 2.
