Mother’s Day 2019: OpenTable's Best Brunch Spot In Michigan
OpenTable's list includes 100 of the best brunch spots in the country and one from Michigan made the cut.
MICHIGAN — Looking for the best brunch spot in Michigan to take your mom for Mother's Day?
A new list from OpenTable names one Michigan restaurant as among the best in the country for brunch.
OpenTable’s list comes right in time for Mother’s Day, which falls on May 12. So if you’re taking mom out for Sunday brunch, the list highlights the top spots that the website generated from diner reviews. And according to OpenTable, 81 percent of diners book brunch reservations for Mother’s Day two weeks in advance.

"On Mother's Day 2018, we seated more diners than any other day that year and recognize that celebrating mom is a priority for our diners," Caroline Potter, Chief Dining Officer at OpenTable, said in a press release.
According to OpenTable, one Michigan eatery is among the best for brunch in the country: Gandy Dancer in Ann Arbor.

Nearby restaurants featured are located in Chicago and Ohio, the list shows.
OpenTable said its list comes from diner reviews collected between March 1, 2018 and February 28, 2019.
