ROSEMOUNT, MN—A restaurant in Rosemount has been tied to a COVID-19 outbreak in 2021, according to a report by the Minnesota Department of Health.

Six people with positive COVID-19 cases reported visiting Carbone's in February. All six of these cases said they only visited Carbone's, according to the report.

In 2021, there were 23 outbreaks in Minnesota overall reported after visiting the gym, one outbreak after visiting a salon, five outbreaks after attending a wedding, three outbreaks after attending church, four outbreaks after attending funerals, one outbreak after a social gathering, and 85 outbreaks amongst sports teams, according to the report.
