A new building was approved by Council across the street from Valley Buick in front of Hope Church. The former plan was for a bank or credit union but the new plan includes a coffee shop with a drive through. It will be a 7,420 foot building. We do not know the name of the coffee shop nor other potential businesses at this time. Cedar has over 75,000 cars daily and a coffee shop on the east side of Cedar is very convenient for morning northbound traffic.
