Along with the previously approved Texas Roadhouse Restaurant and a new 6,500 sq. ft. car wash, Chipotle has been approved for a 2,325 sq. ft. restaurant with 100 seats and a 250 sq. ft. patio in the in the former mine. The mine is 414 acres and this is the first 9.5 acre first phase followed by another 35 acres of commercial development. As seen in the photo above taken today, they have begun work on the entrance off Pilot Knob.
