1 Rosemount School Added To DOH COVID Outbreak List, 1 Taken Off

The total for Rosemount schools on the list remains at three.

ROSEMOUNT, MN— Three schools from Rosemount remain on the Minnesota Department of Health's recent COVID-19 outbreak list.

Rosemount Middle School was recently taken off the list, having made it 28 days with no new cases. It had been on the list since March 11.

Parkview Elementary School is Rosemount's most recent add to the list, meaning they recently reported five or more cases of somebody being in the building while infectious.

The other Rosemount schools are Rosemount Elementary School, which was added to the list April 16, and Rosemount High School, which was added March 11.

In order to be added to the Minnesota Department of Health's list, a school must report at least five cases of a student or staff member being inside the building while infectious and within the two-week reporting period, the department said.

If a school goes 28 days with no new cases, they are removed from the list, the department said.The list is updated every Thursday, the department said.
