3rd Rosemount School Added To DOH Coronavirus Outbreak List
The first two schools have been on the list since mid March, meaning they are soon eligible to be removed if COVID-19 cases stay down.
ROSEMOUNT, MN— Three Rosemount schools are on the Minnesota Department of Health's COVID-19 breakout list, the department reported Thursday.
Rosemount Elementary has reported a new outbreak of COVID-19, the department said.
Rosemount Senior High School was added to the list March 18 and Rosemount Middle School was added March 11.

In order to be removed from the list, the schools need to go 28 days without reporting a new case, the department said.
To be added to the list, a school must report at least five cases of a student or staff member being inside the building while infectious and within the two-week reporting period, the department said.

11 total school in Dakota County are present on the departments list.
The list is updated weekly on Thursdays.
