Apple Valley Will Get New Texas Roadhouse: Report

APPLE VALLEY, MN— City Council recently approved plans for constructing a Texas Roadhouse in Orchard Place, Sun Thisweek reported.

The 7,750-square-foot restaurant will be built on a 2.33-acre lot south of County Road 42, east of Flagstaff Avenue and west of Pilot Knob Road, the publication reported.

Plans include 165 parking spaces and a sidewalk west of the building, the publication reported.
