From the Eastview boys hockey program:
The Boy’s Hockey Team and Eastview Youth Hockey Association have reserved both rinks and the warming house at the Apple Valley Teen Center, located behind Eastview High School, with the entrance off of Johnny Cake Ridge Road, for the 2nd Annual Eastview Hockey Mite Jamboree from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2012.
Our goal is to provide a fun event where the Eastview Boy’s High School Program can interact with the Eastview Youth Program at the youngest level. The high school players will be the coaches of the Mite hockey players creating a connection the younger players can have to the older players they can watch and follow at their high school. For many of the high school players this is their last chance to feel their school pride as they return to their roots and give something back to the Eastview community.

Inside the warming house will be an area for players to put on their skates, use the restroom and have refreshments. Each team will have their own section, and all players’ siblings are welcome to skate on the practice ice between games if they would like.
We will hold the event, weather permitting, which is between -5 and +35 degrees on that day
