Former Rosemount Girl's Hockey Coach Makes MN History
Tracy Cassano is the first female hockey coach to win 200 games throughout her coaching career.
ROSEMOUNT, MN— The former hockey coach at Rosemount High School made history as the first female hockey coach with 200 victories, The Star Tribune reported.
Currently the head girl's hockey coach for Minnetonka High School, Tracy Cassano won her 200th game on Feb. 27 in Moorhead, the Star Tribune reported.
Cassano also was the first female head coach to direct three different girl's hockey teams to a state tournament, and holds an overall career of 203 wins, 173 losses and 24 ties, the Star Tribune reported.

Cassano coached at Rosemount High School for five seasons and led the girl's hockey team to a 2011 state tournament, the Star Tribune reported.
