'The Misfits Collective' Coming To Apple Valley

APPLE VALLEY, MN— A new restaurant is coming to Apple Valley in the building that formerly housed "PR Bar," the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce said Friday.

"The Misfits Collective" will have a fluid menu to highlight the specialties of the chefs, and will change often, the chamber said.

The new restaurant is owned by The Eyes Wide Open Group, which owns restaurants all over the Twin Cities, the chamber said.

The restaurant plans to open June 1 and will have an "open design concept" without walls, and having a "quaint industrial feel", the chamber said.
