New Cowboy Jack's To Open In March

The restaurant will open in the building formerly leased by Old Chicago.

APPLE VALLEY, MN—A new Cowboy Jack’s restaurant will be opening in March in the building that formerly housed Old Chicago, according to a post on Facebook made by a representative of the company.

The post also said the company is currently hiring for various positions.

The Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce shared on Facebook that Cowboy Jack’s would be taking over the lease back in September when it was announced. The original opening date was set for December.

The building was gutted for the new business, but the banquet hall will remain in possession of the owner of the building and will continue to be serviced by Cowboy Jack’s after opening in March.
