Rosemount Teen Charged In Fire To St. Paul Store During Unrest
McKenzy Dunn is one of three suburban teenagers charged in a fire to a business on University Avenue in Saint Paul.

SAINT PAUL, MN — A Rosemount teen is the third person from the Twin Cities suburbs to be charged in a fire to a health and nutrition store on University Avenue in Saint Paul. McKenzy Dunn, 19, faces one federal count of conspiracy to commit arson.
Samuel Frey, 19, of Brooklyn Park and Bailey Baldus, 19, of Ramsey face the same charge in connection with the May 28 blaze at Great Health and Nutrition.
Federal investigators said they obtained video surveillance footage from inside the store showing the night of the arson. Following a public request for tips and identifying information, investigators were able to identify Dunn, Frey, and Baldus in the surveillance video footage, according to the criminal complaint.

Frey can be seen pouring flammable hand sanitizer onto a shelving unit and lighting it on fire, authorities said. Dunn can be seen standing near the shelving unit holding a bottle of flammable hand sanitizer, according to investigators.
Dunn made her initial court appearance in Saint Paul on Wednesday.
