17-Year-Old Girl Killed In Eagan Crash Identified
The teen was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
EAGAN, MN — The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has released its report on the 17-year-old girl who was killed in a single-car crash on a snowy and icy Eagan road Sunday afternoon. Angely Burgos-Salas, of Minneapolis, was a passenger in the car that rolled on the highway.
Just after 4 p.m, the Ford F-250 was traveling westbound on Highway 55 in the left lane — approaching Lone Oak Road — when the driver lost control and the truck rolled into the median.
Angely was ejected from the truck, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries in the crash.

Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, police said. Angely died from "multiple blunt force injuries," the examiner stated.
