70 Percent Of Dakota County Residents Aged 12+ Are Vaccinated

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — 70 percent of Dakota County residents ages 12 and older have gotten the COVID-19 vaccine, the county said.

This threshold was hit June 26, and over 247,500 residents aged 12 and older have received their first dose, and 66 percent have received the completed series, the county said.

A recent weekly report showed that only 1.5 percent of Dakota County residents currently are positive for COVID-19, the county said.
