Apartments Pitched For Emagine Theater Parking Lot: Report

EAGAN, MN— An apartment building has been pitched for a portion of Emagine Theater's parking lot, Pioneer Press reported.

The 85-unit apartment building pitched by MWF Properties in Richfield would sit on the northeast portion of the 1.75 acre property, the publication reported.

Eagan's advisory planning commission will hold a public hearing on this topic at their Tuesday meeting, the publication reported.
