Before Minneapolis was named the host city for the 2018 Super Bowl, the National Football League issued a 153-page list of requests for the game, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
The Star Tribune obtained the document and published it here.
It includes many expensive requests and shows the NFL will control "many of the public and private aspects of the event," according to the Star Tribune. Some of the items include "residential suites at no cost in high-end hotels" and "free billboards across the Twin Cities."
