Construction To Begin On New Vikings Parkway Building

EAGAN, MN— Venstar, a commercial real estate firm based in Bloomington, has started construction on a building on Vikings Parkway in Eagan, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

Tenants in this $1.76 million building will include a Caribou Coffee and a Spanish immersion daycare and preschool, Tierra Encantada, the publication reported.

The building will have eight to ten tenants once fully leased, the publication reported.

The first tenants are expected to move in by March 2022, the publication reported.
