Dates For 2021, 2022 Proposed For Eagan Schools In District 196

EAGAN, MN — Members of the District 196 school board will review several dates for the 2021-21 and 2022-23 academic calendar at Monday's meeting. Board members will have the opportunity to recommend that the dates are approved by the Nov. 9 meeting.

The calendars are based on in-person learning model. Elementary students have 172 days of instruction and secondary student have 171 days of instruction.

2021-22 Calendar

• Student success and assessment days: Sept. 1-2, 2021
• First day of class: Tuesday, Sept. 7
• Last day of school: Tuesday, June 7

2022-23 Calendar

• Student success and assessment days: Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, 2022
• First day of class: Tuesday, Sept. 6
• Last day of class: Tuesday, June 6
