Interests: He enjoys playing basketball & football, riding his bike, watching scary movies, fishing, swimming, and model cars.

Personality/Characteristics: Jake is cheerful, energetic, and sweet. He lives with his grandma and is often bored and wanting to get out and do fun things like go to the park, the science museum, Valleyfair, or to Como Park.

Goals/Dreams: He will be in third grade in the fall and he is looking forward to taking science in school. He wants to learn how to breakdance.

Looking For: Jake is looking for an active young couple or individual man to mentor him.

If you're interested in becoming a mentor, you're invited to attend an information session on July 28, 6-6:45 p.m. at the Burnhaven Library in Burnsville. Mentors can volunteer as individuals, couples, or families for weekly fun and enriching activities at home or in the community on their own schedules.
