Eagan Bar Hosting 'Bathtub Gin Prohibition Cocktail' Series

Prepare to party like it's 1929.

EAGAN, MN — Prohibition may have been repealed more than 80 years ago, but the need to be in on a big secret thrives in Eagan. The city's hardest-to-find watering hole — Volstead House Whiskey Bar and Speakeasy — is hosting a "Prohibition Bathtub Cocktail Series" April 17 through April 22.

Dress in 1920s-style attire and you'll receive a sample cocktail. Old-Fashions, Corpse Revivers, and Gin & Tonics will be served.

Find the Volstead House at 1278 Lone Oak Road. You'll have to enter through the red door in the back of Burgers and Bottles (but don't tell anyone).
