Eagan-Based Company Creates Outreach Program For Low-Income Kids
Young Builders and Designers partnered with the Eagan Community Foundation to cover the costs of the program.

EAGAN, MN — Young Builders and Designers is working on an outreach program for low-income Eagan kids.
The program, which has about 20 slots available, will be free to participants, as the cost of the program is covered by the program's partnership with the Eagan Community Foundation, according to Brian Kelley, director of Young Builders and Designers.
Kelley said the program will be divided into two sessions. The first session will be a workshop and the second session will be for the kids to present their projects. The workshop will include each child receiving a supplies kit, with which they must use for a “surprise challenge,” Kelley said.
