Eagan Resource Center, Cub Foods to Host Benefit on Saturday

Eagan residents wanting to contribute to Hunger Action Month can do so Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

That's when a fundraising drive, benefiting the Eagan and Lakeville Resource Centers, will take place at Cub Foods West, 1940 Cliff Lake Road in Eagan.

Food donations can be brought to "Load the Trailer" in the parking lot of Cub Foods, according to a news release from the Eagan Resource Center. Officers from the Eagan Police Department will also be there, and hot dogs and soda will be sold.

Proceeds will go to the Eagan and Lakeville Resource Centers, according to the news release.
