The price for homes continues to be high in Eagan.

EAGAN, MN — The prices for homes in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area continue to be high, despite the health and economic crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Eagan is no exception. The median home value here is $276,000, which is among the most expensive in Dakota County, according to Data website Niche.com. The national median home value is $184,700.

Sunfish Lake has the most expensive homes in the county. Homes are cheapest in South St. Paul.
